all applicants must submit a room reservation deposit. This deposit will be credited
to your room fee for the term for which you were accepted. After May 1, room deposits
will be accepted only if space is available. Because room assignments are prioritized
by the date on which the deposit is received, it is to your advantage to confirm
your acceptance as quickly as possible. The room deposit for fall semester is refundable
if requested in writing and postmarked on or before May 1. Room deposits for spring
and summer terms are nonrefundable.
Upon receipt of the letter of acceptance as an off-campus student and your I-20,
all applicants must submit the Off-Campus Student Contract.
